Your Mission
* Champion safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery across night shift operations.
* Drive continuous improvement using lean principles and smart digital tools.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and fair performance management.
* Use data-driven insights and SMART metrics to optimise processes and outcomes.
* Communicate clearly and adapt swiftly to operational changes.
What You Bring
* HNC/HND in Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance, or equivalent technical leadership experience.
* Proven leadership in a unionised, operational environment.
* Strong interpersonal, coaching, and performance management skills.
* Solid understanding of MRO operations, aviation regulations (CAA/FAA/EASA), and H&S standards.
* Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Resilient, organised, and proactive problem-solver.
* Legal right to work in the UK and flexibility to work night shifts.
