We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of digital marketing strategies and campaigns, helping to drive online engagement and brand awareness for both our clients and our internal brands. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a hands-on attitude, and a strong desire to grow their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Full time 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. Opportunity for Hybrid working (must be able to commute to Kidderminster). Salary £25,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email, and PPC. Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital platforms. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence by scheduling content, engaging with the community, and monitoring performance across platforms. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare regular reports. SEO Support: Assist in implementing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content updates. Email Marketing: Help design, write, and distribute email campaigns, monitor performance, and suggest improvements. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Administrative Tasks: Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as maintaining marketing calendars, organising promotional materials, and coordinating events. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Certification in digital marketing or relevant courses preferable (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot). Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Experience: a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Skills: Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Google Ads, MailChimp, Meta Business Suite). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO is a plus. Attributes: · Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail. · Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow. · Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. · Strong analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
