Residential Property Conveyancer (2+ Years PQE)
Location: Lytham
Position: Associate Solicitor/CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer
Department: Residential Property

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will join a busy and collaborative Residential Property team, handling a varied caseload and contributing to the team's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities


* Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and freehold/leasehold transactions
* Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents and third parties to ensure smooth transaction progression
* Maintain high standards of client care and communication throughout the process
* Use legal technology confidently – experience with SOS case management is desirable
* Assist colleagues when needed and contribute to the team's collaborative environment
* Support business development and marketing efforts to grow the client base


Candidate Requirements


* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer
* Minimum 2 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Solid IT skills with case management system experience preferred
* A proactive, professional and team-oriented approach
