Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Motion Graphics Designer/Editor at the heart of our Creative Team, producing work that lands everywhere from the Piccadilly Circus screen to Instagram feeds, for global clients including Samsung, Hugo Boss, Adidas and more. You'll juggle live campaigns and new business pitches across social, brand films, case studies, TV commercials, DOOH and pitch content.
The role sits at the intersection of strong After Effects craft, Premiere Pro editing for short-form, and AI-led production, with real scope to shape how the team uses AI day to day. You'll use generative AI for concept development, image and video creation, visual prototyping and production problem-solving.
Sound is part of the job at a working level. You'll use ElevenLabs for AI VO and handle basic sound design, like balancing VO and music or chopping tracks so they feel natural. Full mixing isn't expected, but the edit should sound as considered as it looks.
You'll work directly with a small, genuinely lovely and brilliant creative team. Talented, collaborative, the kind of people you actually want to be in the office with.
It's fast-moving, with multiple briefs at once and tight deadlines. You'll be the one bringing fresh ideas and pushing the work above and beyond.
