About The Role What the role will entail Working within the Super Prime team covering SW London and the Home Counties, this role involves both listing and renting properties across core and wider areas. The successful candidate will have strong listing experience, a client‑centric mindset, determination, and excellent time‑management skills. The role requires regular travel across a broad patch and the ability to manage high‑value Super Prime deals to an exceptional standard. What you will be responsible for: • Managing market appraisals, instructions and applicants for properties between £15,000–£30,000pcm across all locations | Esher, Cobham, Weybridge, Ascot, Virginia Water, Richmond & Wimbledon • Delivering day‑to‑day client management and marketing strategy • Achieving agreed financial targets • Ensuring full compliance during onboarding and throughout each deal • Securing rentals and progressing deals to a high standard • Referring clients to other relevant business areas • Working closely with lettings and sales teams to provide a seamless service • Travelling regularly between all four core locations and further afield What experience you will need • 5 years’ lettings experience • Proven track record pitching and winning instructions is essential • Proven success securing high‑value rentals • Excellent communication and time‑management skills Competitive salary Please note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
