Job Description As a friendly voice on the phone or amicable contact by email, you will provide our guests with excellent service, starting with the booking process. Your duties will also include the following: Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options Maintaining Sihot, as well as our electronic bookings systems Generating and verifying invoices (debtors and creditors) in line with our pricing policy Handling deposits and monitoring timely incoming payments Assisting both the Sales and Front Office team at peak times
