Responsibilities as the Head Chef
Overall responsibility for the resorts buffet-style restaurant, bar, spa café, and room service operations
Driving consistent culinary standards, menu execution and presentation across all outlets
Leading, coaching and developing a 20-strong team, nurturing talent and succession
Workforce planning, cost control and GP management without compromising quality
Collaborating closely with senior management to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
