The role is based in Hemel Hempstead with some travel to locations in St Albans.As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people live independently and with dignity. As part of the role, you will:
* Assess needs and develop personalised support plans
* Promote independence through life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
* Provide personal care with sensitivity and respect
* Follow and contribute to risk assessments and management plans
* Induct and assist in the mentoring of new staff
