The role

As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll provide first support for Rightmove colleagues, troubleshooting issues across systems, applications, and the website. This varied role offers hands-on exposure to diverse technologies, requiring problem-solving under pressure and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

You'll also collaborate with Product Development teams to deepen your knowledge of business areas and the technologies that drive them, making a real impact while learning and growing.

What You'll Be Doing

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across customer-facing and internal systems, handling priority calls and escalations.
Use SQL queries to diagnose problems and prevent future incidents.
Act as a technical liaison between development teams, external providers, and users to resolve complex issues.
Log, track, and prioritize support tickets in line with SLAs, reporting on major incidents and attending post-incident reviews.
Set up and provision laptops and MacBooks, ensuring smooth onboarding for new starters.
Collaborate with Product Development and Infrastructure teams, share updates on new features, and support upskilling of front-line teams.
Provide remote and on-site 1st line support
Develop a deep understanding of Rightmove's business processes and technologies to deliver effective solutions and continuous improvements.
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless technical support and contribute to enhancing user experience.

We're looking for someone with

Confidently challenges requirements, resolves conflicts diplomatically, and adapts style to the audience.
Has at least 1 year of experience in a similar support role and strives to exceed expectations.
