Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an External Engagement and Early Outreach Manager to join our Global Early Careers team!
Our ideal candidate will lead early-in-career talent engagement initiatives through comprehensive market mapping, targeted outreach, and operational excellence. This role focuses on building strong pipelines of emerging talent while driving diversity, inclusion, and impactful engagement strategies across global markets. This role is critical in attracting top emerging talent, creating robust talent pipelines, and establishing strong partnerships with educational institutions and professional networks. You'll be an integral part of our Resourcing function, which sits within our Global Support Functions Team. This role would suit someone at the Manager or AVP level with a degree of experience and expertise in this domain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct in-depth market mapping to identify key early-in-career talent pools and emerging market trends.
2. Design and execute targeted outreach initiatives aimed at engaging students, recent graduates, and early career professionals.
3. Develop and implement diversity strategies to ensure inclusive talent engagement and representation.
4. Stay informed on emerging trends in early-in-career talent engagement to ensure the organisation remains innovative and competitive in attracting top talent.
5. Track return on investment for outreach initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to optimise strategies and outcomes.
6. Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, third parties, and student bodies to support engagement and outreach goals.
Skills and Experience
1. Proven experience in early career talent engagement, university outreach, or related fields.
2. Strong analytical skills with experience tracking programme ROI and performance metrics.
3. Excellent project management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing diversity strategies and global communications.
5. Proficiency in budget management and strategic planning.
6. Experience working across global platforms with an understanding of regional nuances in ASEAN, Asia, India, North America, and UK and Europe.
