What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (required).
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS requirements.
* Warm, enthusiastic approach with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
* Genuine passion for helping children learn, grow and build confidence.
