The Role & Requirements
You will be instrumental in creating a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
What We're Looking For:
* Relevant Qualification in Childcare or Education is essential .
* Minimum 6 months of UK Primary School work experience is preferred (but not mandatory if you have a strong relevant qualification).
* Mandatory: Must hold the Right to Work in the UK and possess an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service .
* A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting child development.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with teachers, parents, and other staff.
