Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe Deluxe Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Head of HR in delivering an effective recruitment and resourcing function across the business.This role will focus primarily on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent while supporting workforce planning initiatives across multiple projects and departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing employer branding, improving recruitment processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys building strong relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and departmentsPartner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring prioritiesDevelop and implement effective talent acquisition and sourcing strategiesBuild and manage employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidatesSource candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and direct outreachScreen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview processManage relationships with external recruitment agencies and recruitment vendorsMaintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsTrack and analyse recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost-per-hireEnsure a positive, inclusive, and consistent candidate experienceEnsure recruitment practices comply with employment legislation and company policiesSupport onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hiresAssist with HR administration and maintaining accurate employee recordsPrepare FEC annual reportsRequirements & QualificationsThird Level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and/or a minimum of 3 years experience within a recruitment or HR functionProven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processesWorking knowledge of HR legislationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a varied workloadAbility to work independently and use initiativeStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsDesirable CriteriaExperience and knowledge of UK Home Office requirementsExperience in international recruitmentExperience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, or specialist trades environmentsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesOpportunity to work within a dynamic and growing organisationHours of Work:Monday Thursday: 8.30am 5.00pmFriday: 8.30am 2.30pmThe Deluxe Group is an equal opportunities employer.Skills:Recruitment Talent Acquisition CommunicationBenefits:Pension Life Assurance Healthcare Cashback Plan Employee wellbeing programme Free Carparking Cycle to work schemeWHJS1_NI
