This role supports the delivery of multiple long-term, multi-million-pound contracts for our clients, offering both security and stability, while ensuring consistency and value across regions.Predominantly centred around Reactive Repairs and Planned Refurbishment projects within Social Housing environments, this role is unique in that it takes an account management-style approach, working across the country to support and strengthen key client partnerships.Providing strategic direction, you will work collaboratively with operational and commercial teams across regions, ensuring a consistent approach to commercial delivery, whilst supporting performance, profitability, and long-term client relationships.With overall responsibility for commercial oversight, your focus will be to maximise profit, manage risk, and drive consistency across our Housing Partnerships.
