TRL is a leading provider of software and service solutions for the road and transport sector, serving major clients including National Highways UK and the Department for Transport. Our platforms enable governments and infrastructure operators to manage road condition, assets (including pavement and drainage), maintenance programmes, and compliance with auditable standards.
We are accelerating growth and are seeking several Sales Leads to drive expansion within our Software and Asset/Safety businesses.

Responsibilities include:
* Exceeding revenue goals and identifying new business opportunities.
* Building client relationships and influencing decision‑makers in government structures.
* Demonstrating technical product knowledge and communicating clear value‑add solutions.
* Driving growth within enterprise software and/or SaaS sales, ideally in roads or traffic management.
* Working internationally and being willing to travel globally.
* Collaborating with cross‑functional teams and bringing a commercially astute and innovative approach.
Qualifications:
* Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
* Proven experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales, preferably within road or traffic management.
* Experience working with government decision‑making structures.
* Excellent network and credible market presence, especially on LinkedIn.
* Willingness to travel and work in a fast‑paced, target‑focused environment.
