GSL Education are hiring an experienced SEN Teacher to deliver tailored education in schools across Sheffield, particularly within the S2 and S3 areas. As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher, you will plan and deliver personalised lessons that meet individual learning needs, ensuring every pupil has the opportunity to succeed. Main Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons as an SEN Teacher. Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs). Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including communication and behavioural challenges. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Experience working with pupils with special educational needs. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A patient, adaptable, and inclusive approach to teaching. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
