Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail & Business Banking | Customer Interactions | Lisburn Branch
We are recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting salary of £24,500 per annum (base £24,000 plus a £500 flexible). For our customers, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Santander, a listener and problem solver who helps with transactions, technology guidance in the banking hall, phone servicing, and fraud protection. You’ll work in a busy, multi-skilled branch environment with strong team support.

Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
* Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
* Answering customer calls into our contact centre
* Building relationships and finding solutions
* Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers
* Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience

* Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face-to-face or telephony background
* The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

What else you need to know
* This is a full-time permanent branch-based role, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm
* The role is based in the Lisburn branch
