Although we are a remote team, the team works as one unit and is very supportive. Success is measured by achieving a great case quality and casespleted in a timely manner.
Because of the diversity of the work we do, no two days are ever the same & our paraplanners are the pivotal contact between the Advisers, Providers and Business Assurance.

About the Role
Level : 3
Department: QFA - Adviser Support Centre
Location : England - Fully Remote 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)
Contract type : Permanent
As an experienced Paraplanner in the Adviser Support Centre, you will work closely with advisers from within QFP and support adviser campaigns across the national.
You will build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with other Paraplanners, Financial Planners and Business Assurance Assessors to createprehensive suitability reports that exceeds the minimum standard of quality that QFP expect to see.
Using research tools to analyse data, you will provide solutions to meet our client's needs and objectives and producingprehensive reports to support the advice and the robust research done to support it.
During a usual day you will see yourself liaising with providers & advisor or both to obtain information and managing central data systems and trackers - always embracing digital ways of working and enhancing efficiencies.
This role will give you the opportunity to work with the wider QFA team to ensure contributions to the Quilter strategic priorities.

To succeed in this post, you will have extensive organisational and planning skills, whilst also being able to pay attention to detail, especially when doing writing tasks.
You naturally have a curious mind and are proactive in problem solving and know how to be resourceful.
Multi-taskinges as second nature to you and enables you to meet tight deadlines, whilst still having a positive attitude to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You should have experience of workingplex wealth & investment cases as a paraplanner, with a keen eye for detail and someone who prides themselves on great quality of work produced. You should be able to follow guidance and processes and strive for the best quality across all case types we advise on.
You will ideally be Diploma Qualified to Level 4 - (or working towards this). In addition to your extensive Paraplanner experience, you are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Microsoft outlook & and befortable using Microsoft Teams for daily meetings.
