The Role Monthly Financial Reporting Assist in the preparation of management accounts, variance analysis, and reporting across UK and international manufacturing operations. Budgeting & Forecasting Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making. Product Costing & Inventory Maintain and develop product costing models and support inventory valuation, controls, and reporting. Financial Compliance Assist with statutory reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Systems & Projects Support finance and operational projects, including the implementation of new MRP, CRM, and MI reporting systems. The Person Newly qualified (or recently qualified) ACA / ACCA / CIMA accountant. Experience or strong interest in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain financial data. Good Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
