Our client is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service within their approved dealership environment. Main duties of the Service Advisor include:
6. Creating a welcoming and professional reception area for all customers
7. Greeting clients warmly and guiding them seamlessly from booking to vehicle collection
8. Providing timely updates on vehicle work, including services and recommended extras.
9. Building strong customer relationships through exceptional care and rapport
10. Recommending tailored service packages, warranties, and upgrades that meet customer needs.
11. Accurately completing all documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met
12. Maintaining a polished and professional approach at all times
Requirements for this Service Advisor position:
13. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar position, within a main dealership or automotive environment.
14. Full UK driving licence with a clean record
15. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive and memorable experiences
16. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
17. A professional approach with attention to detail and compliance
