Our client is a specialist lender providing tailored finance solutions to support British rural businesses. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the Devon/Cornwall region to build lasting relationships with farmers and agricultural professionals.
Position Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage your own territory from a home office. You will be responsible for developing new business and nurturing relationships with farmers, land agents, and other rural professionals, helping them to grow and secure their future through tailored financial support.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own designated sales region.
* Support and manage existing client accounts.
* Build relationships with dealers and land agents.
* Develop new business with prospective customers.
* Nurture relationships with farmers and professionals.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a customer-facing agricultural role.
* Strong financial and commercial understanding.
* Excellent skills in managing professional relationships.
* Ability to work independently from home.
* Willing to travel for monthly meetings.
