8. Uses advanced category expertise and enthusiasm for the brand to drive sales and customer loyalty.
9. Guides and trains team members on product knowledge, both core and seasonal.
10. Creates an appealing shopping environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
11. Maintains a safe shopping and working environment by ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.
12. Maximizes product offer by coordinating product delivery and replenishment.
13. Supervises sales transactions for speed and accuracy, adhering to cash procedures.
14. Minimizes loss through effective loss prevention procedures.
15. Supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the store team.
16. Coaches and motivates team members to maximize performance.
17. Collaborates and shares best practices to improve store performance.
18. Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities.
19. Models brand values and actively engages team in fitness and sports activities.
20. Executes campaigns and visual merchandising standards flawlessly, working with VM Champion.
