We operate the UK’s ONLY flexible multi-temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick, and distribute products to the nation’s best-loved food and drink brands every day, providing the best experience to our customers.
This role is based within our fast-paced warehouse at our Banbury depot and is essential to the success of the Best Food Logistics business in delivering the right products to our customers on time.
* Work with all team members to ensure that all corporate goals are achieved and maintained
* Using voice technology, unload supplier vehicles, perform checks to Company standards, and process related to our clients’ requirements, including taking temperature recordings where necessary
* Using a powered pallet truck (PPT), ensure all received products are checked, probed if required, labelled, safely stacked, and wrapped as per current processes, enabling timely assembly of customer orders
* Comply with all Health and Safety policies, including wearing safety clothing and footwear, adhering to Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) procedures, and maintaining clear fire exits and escape routes
* Follow all Food Safety and Hygiene legislation, keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe at all times
* Cooperate fully with other departments and undertake additional duties as necessary, maintaining professionalism
* Work towards targets with an accurate and methodical approach
You must have basic numeracy and literacy skills and be a good team player.
Knowledge of Food Hygiene and experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Reach Truck licence is essential for this role; PPT training will be provided.
Days and nights shifts are available.
