Job Description: Contracts Associate EMEALocation: London Offices Reports to: Senior Contracts Manager EMEAOverviewThe Contracts Associate EMEA will play a key role in supporting the commercial contracts department, ensuring the effective drafting, execution, and management of contracts and related documentation. This position requires a proactive team player with a legal background and strong organizational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and collaborates closely with stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Risk, and other business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting & Execution: Prepare and process Statements of Work (SOWs), Work Orders, and extensions in line with company policies.
