Internal Account Manager
Main Purpose of Job:
The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients to grow their business with Caps Cases. The role will involve liaising with customers to understand their requirements, create specifications, raise orders, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive and organised approach to sales, customer service, and lots of internal collaboration.
Relationships:
a) Responsible to: Customer Services Manager
b) Liaison with: Sales Team, Production Team, Design Team, Customers, Suppliers
Main Tasks of Job:
* Respond efficiently to online and telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
* Develop strong relationships with key customers and contribute to Caps Cases maintaining a satisfied customer base.
* Retain and grow your portfolio of customers, helping to ensure long-term profitability.
* Identify customers with growth potential and engage with them to drive sales.
* Prepare, process, and follow up on sales quotations and customer orders.
* Apply excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ensure specifications are accurately set up and prioritised to allow us to get orders ‘right first time’
* Liaise between departments to provide the best service for the customer to suit their specific needs, costings, and time constraints.
* Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or customer satisfaction issues in collaboration with other teams.
* Work closely with other sales team members to foster a strong team environment.
* Support and assist fellow team members and other departments as required, including holiday/absence cover as required.
