Empires Media is a performance-driven marketing agency that helps US companies generate high-intent leads.
We’re expanding our UK cold-calling team and are looking for disciplined, hungry appointment setters who want to be paid purely on performance, with uncapped upside and recurring income.
This role is 100% commission-based.
💰 How You Get Paid
£23 per Qualified Discovery Call Booked
* Paid for every qualified meeting that is booked and attended
* You earn immediately, even before a deal closes
5% Recurring Commission on Client Lead Spend
* You earn £36 per lead for every lead the agency generates for clients you set appointments with
* You set the appointment, the agency closes and delivers, and you earn recurring commission from that client's success
* This is monthly, recurring income
* Paid for as long as the client remains active
* As goodwill, if you leave the agency, we continue paying your commission for an additional 3 months

Example:
* 3 of your booked appointments become clients
* Those clients receive a total of 300 leads per month
* £36 × 300 = £10,800 per month in recurring income
🔥 If you're a setter AND closer
* You earn 10% recurring commission
* Using the same example above:
* £72 × 300 leads = £21,600 per month in recurring income
📞 What You’ll Be Doing
* Cold calling US companies (training & scripts provided)
* Booking qualified discovery calls
* Confirming interest and eligibility
* Logging calls and outcomes in CRM
