Regional Sales Manager - London (Vape Industry)
Remote role with weekly London office collaboration
We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Account Managers across South West London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the pace of the vape category-or brings strong FMCG field‑sales expertise-and knows how to win in the London market.
You can be based anywhere in London, as long as you're comfortable spending significant time in the field and joining the London office once a week for planning sessions with internal teams such as marketing, commercial, and operations.
The Role:
* As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of field‑based Account Managers
* Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, development, engagement, performance, and succession planning
* Hold regular 1:1s to review goals, capability development, and career aspirations
* Build and execute a regional sales plan to drive distribution, availability, market share, and ROI
* Analyse data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
* Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
* Spend at least 50% of your time in the field, supporting your team and visiting key customers
* Build strong relationships with shop owners, regional accounts, and internal stakeholders
* Share insights from the field to support continuous improvement and commercial planning
What We're Looking For:
* Strong background in field sales management
* Experience in the vape category is highly desirable
* If you don't have vape experience, a solid FMCG field‑sales background will also be considered
* Proven leadership and people‑development skills
* Confident communicator with strong influencing ability
* Commercially minded with excellent planning and analytical capability
* Proactive, innovative, and comfortable driving change
* Strong relationship‑builder with a collaborative mindset
* Fluent in written and spoken English
