We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and committed individuals to join our growing team as Community Care Assistants.
Due to the nature of personal care and in accordance with genuine occupational requirements, this position is open to female applicants only.
About the Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make a positive difference, helping people maintain their independence while receiving the support they need with dignity and respect.
Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you will deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
We currently deliver care services across:
• Swadlincote
• Linton
• Overseal
• Woodville
• Newhall
• Midway
• Church Gresley
• Castle Gresley
• Hartshorne
Where possible, we aim to allocate care rounds that are geographically efficient to minimise travel time and support a positive work-life balance for our team members.
As Bradcare continues to grow, opportunities may become available across additional areas within South Derbyshire and neighbouring communities.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with all aspects of personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home
• Assisting with medication administration in accordance with training and company procedures
• Supporting meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Supporting individuals living with dementia and other complex needs
• Carrying out light housekeeping and domestic duties
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements
• Reporting safeguarding concerns and changes in wellbeing promptly
• Delivering care in accordance with individual care plans and Bradcare's quality standards

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Access to a reliable vehicle
