Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Role

MiddletonStart Date: SeptemberMonday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Middleton. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September.

The Role

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 learners
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance outcomes across the school
• Contribute to CPD opportunities and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can effectively differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities
• Demonstrates secure curriculum knowledge and strong teaching practice
• Is confident using technology to enhance learning
• Exhibits strong classroom management and leadership skills

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 desirable, though ECTs with relevant placements are encouraged to apply)
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive education
