Domestic Gas Service Engineer – Richard Irvin
Location: Wick, United Kingdom. This is a full‑time, permanent position with the RSK Group.
Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, is recruiting a Domestic Gas Service Engineer to join a team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists based throughout the UK.
Responsibilities
* Carry out annual and interim maintenance visits in compliance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
* Carry out the installation or replacement of new or existing gas appliances and heat emitters.
* Install gas pipework including appropriate tightness/strength testing as required.
* Replace heating controls and components as per manufacturer’s instructions.
* Conduct Combustion Performance Analysis on gas appliances as required.
Qualifications and Experience
* Domestic ACS qualifications – CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH1, CPA1.
* OFTEC and BPEC registration where required.
* Awareness of Health & Safety Regulations.
* Full, clean and current driving licence.
* Experience with unvented hot water systems.
