SEN Teaching Assistant
The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons to children with SEN
* Assist in implementing individualized learning plans
* Encourage positive behavior and social development
* Observe and report on students’ progress
* Learn practical strategies for working with children with diverse needs
What We’re Looking For:
* A recent graduate (any discipline within the last 3 years) with a genuine interest in education.
* Passionate, patient, and enthusiastic about making a difference in children’s lives
* Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop professional skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
