Health & Protection Claims Specialist
Location: Remote (Located in the UK)
Our client is seeking a Health & Protection Claims Specialist with proven knowledge of the UK life, critical illness, and health protection insurance sector, along with strong customer service skills. The role involves managing Life, Critical Illness, and/or Disability claims.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Claims Specialist, you will manage claims, make key decisions, and provide excellent customer support via our HALO claims service. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and UK regulations, while enhancing the customer experience by addressing each case with precision and empathy.
Your skills will be vital in identifying trends and contributing to the improvement of best practices. Maintaining open communication with customers, providing updates, and guiding them through the claims process will be key to building trust and satisfaction. You will also collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex cases and develop strategic solutions to uphold our claims management standards.
