Job Description - The Role

We partner with Arup to support their contingent recruitment processes. Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed.
On Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Business Change Manager for an initial 6-month contract based in London. It is a hybrid model.
Purpose Of The Role
The role involves supporting the Transformation Workstream and Transformation Director within the Apex Programme to drive and deliver organisational change. It covers end-to-end change management to ensure a smooth transition, with responsibilities likely to evolve as the programme progresses.
What You'll Do
* Undertake impact assessments and identify what is changing for our members (including cultural and behavioural change)
* Undertake training needs analysis and create / contribute to a training and communication plan
* Support the creation of communications, briefing packs, key messages and training materials
* Support the management of the Transformation workstream and plan
* Create and manage a network of change champions
* Create processes and strategies around: user feedback, user support, adoption interventions
* Lead the change management activities for an allocated region (s) during transition
* Undertake business readiness assessments

* Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers, while collaborating effectively within project teams.
* Strong Change and transformation background.
* Flexible and resilient, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of delivery.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and drive positive change.
* Quick to absorb and simplify complex information, presenting it clearly to support team understanding.
