You will also assist across departments to help facilitate a smooth and effective service. This role will suit someone with a positive and outgoing personality who loves to give the best customer service they can, every time. A keen eye for detail and a calm approach to a busy and fast-paced environment will be essential for the successful candidate. Day-to-day duties Responding to email and telephone queries in a timely manner Assisting with customer complaints Managing ticket assignment within our CRM system Responding to customer and internal sales enquiries regarding order and stock status updates, including promptly issuing any test certificates Liaising with other internal departments including Logistics and Sales to ensure timely order flow management Managing daily inbound calls and diverting where required Essential skills Ability to multi-task Strong communication skills Ability to adapt and think on your feet Active listening skills Our Culture Arnold Clark is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
