This role is all based on Retentions and Renewals therefore no cold calling!
This is the perfect role for someone with exposure to either a client service and/or sales environment, looking to join an established, market-leading consulting firm.

We will rely on you to:
1. Proactively assist the team in most aspects of policy management, proposal preparation and the renewal process to better serve clients.
2. Provide assistance regarding coverage questions and program adjustments to maintain policies and ensure policies and memberships are up-to-date.
