Overview
TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UK\'s leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
Details
* Schedule – Monday to Friday, 45 hours
* Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)
* On Call – 1 in 4 weeks (Friday to Friday, emergencies only)
* Salary – £41,210 per year
* Location – North London
* Extra – Overtime available after 45 hours (1.5x)
The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work outside the facility including minor repairs. There will also be some mechanically minded work included on AHUs and other similar systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across designated sites with a focus on plumbing and electrics
* Complete tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work
* Carry out fault-finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems

Requirements
* 18th edition
* Level 3 Electrical Installations
* Full UK driving license
