The residential department in this firm is the largest team throughout the practice. Their clients span both the North-West and London giving you exposure to a mixture of clients of MNW/HNW. The department has excellent relationships with estate agents all of the UK. The team deal with the following: - Sales and purchases Remortgaging Transfer of equity Lease extensions and freehold purchases The team is well supported by the Partnership.
