Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the HR Manager you will: Act as the main contact for recruitment agencies, providing accurate role briefs and managing performance. Screen CVs/applications and present suitable candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications. Ensure a smooth, professional recruitment process and positive candidate experience. Support hiring managers with interview preparation and timely feedback. Draft and issue offer letters/contracts and manage compliance checks (right-to-work, screening, records). Maintain accurate recruitment and HR administration records. Support onboarding to ensure seamless new hire integration. Build and maintain a light candidate pipeline and contribute to employer branding initiatives. Manage LinkedIn searches, share market insights, and provide workforce planning support.
