A leading education and training provider is seeking an exceptional individual to join their senior leadership team as Assistant Principal – Curriculum. This position requires a dynamic leader with a passion for curriculum innovation and learner engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and team-working skills and have a proven ability to form strategic partnerships and networks across the education sector and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Apprenticeship delivery across construction. Support Heads of Curriculum to ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning across all provision. Drive the design and evolution of curriculum products to meet future delivery needs and learner demands. Ensure a cohesive learner experience through the implementation of consistent practices and quality measures. Act as a key liaison between curriculum leaders and the quality team to align provision with institutional goals and regulatory expectations. Contribute to wider campus and organisational initiatives as directed by senior leadership.Essential Requirements: Degree-level qualification (or equivalent). Extensive experience working in an educational setting, particularly with Apprenticeships. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality improvement strategies. Experience in business development and creating commercial opportunities related to curriculum delivery.
