About The Role
Emergency Response Officer – fixed term for 12 months. Based at Magenta Living head office in Birkenhead, Wirral. You’ll be the first point of contact in critical moments, offering calm, confident assistance and building trust with customers, colleagues, and external partners. You’ll represent Magenta Living with professionalism and empathy when working with the Police, PCSOs, members of the public or internal teams.
You’ll join our Emergency Response Team and provide an on-call service as part of a 24/7 shift pattern, including Bank Holidays and the Christmas period.
