We are seeking a Health And Safety Manager to play a pivotal, hands-on role during a period of rapid growth. Reporting into the Head of Transformation, this role is central to moving the business from reactive compliance to proactive, data-led safety leadership.
This role requires visibility, presence, and engagement on the shop floor and not an office-based, delegate-only approach. The Health And Safety Manager will be visible on site, working alongside teams, influencing stakeholders, and translating safety strategy into day-to-day behaviours.
The focus of the role
* The Health And Safety Manager will lead cultural change through strong change management capability, influencing across a matrix organisation and engaging everyone in the right way, from operators to senior leadership.
* You will be responsible for turning raw safety data into clear priorities and actions that drive real improvement.
