ORX is the largest operational and non-financial risk association for financial services firms in the world, currently employing circa 70 dedicated professionals and growing. About the role
Creating value is at the heart of what we do. The Digital Content Manager role is an opportunity to deliver impactful digital content that supports ORX’s strategic objectives and strengthens how our insight, research and expertise are communicated to our global community.
The role is an interesting and rewarding opportunity for a proactive and creative individual with proven experience creating digital content. The Digital Content Manager will work in the Marketing and Communications Team and work closely with colleagues in Research & Information and other teams to manage ORX’s website and develop content across our engaging digital channels.
A key focus of the role is ensuring complex, research‑based content is translated into clear, accessible and compelling digital outputs – for example, blogs, short reports and podcasts. The role requires excellent writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, senior stakeholders and external partners.

To be successful as a Digital Content Manager, you should have experience with:
* Managing and developing high-performing digital content and channels
* Overseeing websites and digital platforms, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and aligned to brand, while continuously improving functionality and user experience.
* Translating research-led or technical content into accessible formats such as blogs, webpages and podcasts, with strong copywriting and editorial skills.
* Repurposing and amplifying content across channels
* Turning insight and research into a range of engaging formats to maximise reach, relevance and value for audiences.
* Planning and delivering multi-channel content strategies
* Creating and maintaining content plans that bring together website, social media and other digital channels to support organisational priorities and reach key audiences.
* Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts
* Building strong relationships across teams to shape content, gather insight and deliver quality outputs that meet shared objectives.
* Taking a proactive, curious and improvement-focused approach
* Staying up to date with digital trends, including SEO and AI-driven search, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, content and performance.
