Marketing Executive - Brighton - Hybrid - £28k Bonus We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Executive with experience in event marketing, content marketing and social media. This role is ideal for a results-driven person who enjoys hands-on campaign delivery and wants to shape brand strategy whilst driving engagement across multiple channels to the student, graduate and employer market. You will also play a key role in supporting and developing a small marketing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys executing campaigns, coordinating events and creating engaging marketing content across digital channels. The role also involves hosting webinars and representing GRB initiatives through events and online activity, so you should be comfortable presenting ideas and engaging directly with student and employer audiences. Key Responsibilities Events Marketing - Freshers & Careers Fairs Plan GRB’s national calendar of Freshers and Careers Fair events across UK universities. Liaise with student unions and careers departments to book stands. Organise staff attendance and arrange student event helpers. Book travel and accommodation Attend the events and lead the team to register new students and graduates Graduate Recruiters Network (GRN) Support marketing campaigns targeting early careers and talent acquisition professionals. Produce content for LinkedIn, email newsletters and the GRN website. Conduct surveys and research with students and employers. Coordinate and deliver webinars to showcase surveys and attract new members. Graduate Mentor CIC Create and promote marketing campaigns across email, social media and website content. Coordinate and deliver webinars to support mentees and mentors. Help identify organisations interested in sponsoring or partnering with Graduate Mentor. Dress-down policy, and a dog friendly office. About You You will have experience in marketing, campaigns or events coordination and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and clear communication are essential. You will be proactive and adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing priorities and opportunities. You will be confident creating marketing content for social media, email and websites, with a good understanding of tools such as Canva, WordPress and MS Office. You should also be comfortable presenting ideas, hosting webinars and engaging audiences through events and digital channels. This role includes supporting GRB’s university events campaign, so a willingness to travel and attend events with occasional overnight stays during peak periods in the autumn is required.
