Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential).
Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience is advantageous.

Strong knowledge of smartphones, accessories, and mobile technology trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
Ability to explain technical features in simple terms.
Good negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office, inventory management).
