Role: Senior Export Operator - Air/ Sea

Package: £30,000 - £40,000
We’re working with an industry leading forwarder in the Essex area that are looking for an excellent and experienced Multimodal Export Operator.

Responsibilities:
* Handling Air and Sea freight export shipments from start to finish
* Looking after key customers, ensuring all their bookings are complete from Start to Finish
* Ensuring customers are assisted and kept up to date of progress at all times.
* Taking on responsibilities to ensure all customers queries are dealt with
* Looking after KPI's
* Securing the best rates, maximising profit on jobs
* Handling customs documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience working on Multimodal Freight Shipments
* Knowledge of complete operations process from Start to Finish including customs
* Excellent customer service skills
