If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and want your work to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.Main ResponsibilitiesMaintain a Safe Place to Train for all military and estate usersProvide administrative support and manage radio/telephone communicationsKeep accurate records and follow structured operational processesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, protocols and incident proceduresUse bespoke software and Microsoft Office toolsCommunicate professionally with stakeholders, even under pressureParticipate in a 24/7 shift rotation, including on‑call dutiesWork as part of a small, high‑performing team on 12‑hour day/night shiftsThe Ideal CandidateExperienced in administrative or support roles with strong organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systemsEnergetic, enthusiastic and proactiveCommitted to health, safety and maintaining a safe working environmentComfortable working in a dynamic office with varied responsibilitiesEssential CriteriaKnowledge of mapping and grid referencingFull UK driving licence (due to location)DesirableExperience with military protocols, mapping or communicationsKnowledge of emergency response proceduresExperience using radios and radio protocolsShift Pattern:You'll work a predictable 10‑week rota with long‑notice scheduling:Day shifts:07:00–19:00Night shifts:19:00–07:00Pattern:2 days → 2 nights → 4 days offWeeks 9–10 follow a 42‑hour week based on operational needs.
