Learning Support Assistant - High Wycombe Church of England Combined School

Location: High Wycombe

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant primary school community.

Term time only: Yes

Salary Type: Bucks pay

Salary details: £16,728 - £18,619 per annum (Annual Full Time Equivalent £24,950 - £27,770.) dependent on qualifications and experience.

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time 08.30 - 3.30 Monday to Friday. Part Time may be considered. Term Time Only.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support children’s learning, helping to create an inclusive and engaging environment where all pupils can thrive.

Your role may involve working with small groups, providing one-to-one support, and assisting with classroom activities to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
* A willingness to learn and adapt to meet the needs of all pupils
* Previous experience is welcome but not essential – we value enthusiasm and a genuine desire to support children’s education
