THE FIRM
A highly regarded law firm whose property team acts for a broad range of clients including HNW and developers.
THE ROLE
The role will cover all manner of residential property matters including:
* Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
* Conveyancing
* Remortgages
* Buy to let
* Equity release
* Transfer of equity
* Probate sales
* Advising on rights of way, restrictive covenants
* Joint ownership and trust deeds
* License for alterations
* Help to Buy
* Auction sales/purchases
* Leasehold enfranchisement
* New build sales and purchases
* Offplan purchases
* Lease assignments
* Lease extensions
* Deeds of variation
* New leases
* Shared ownership
* First time buyers
* Deeds of gift/ gifted deposits
THE PERSON
Solicitor 6+ years' PQE with experience in new builds and working with HNW clients, to head up a small team.
Must have worked at a firm handling high value transactions with HNWI, and have good academics.
* Excellent client communication skills
* Desire and ability to develop business
