About The Role
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, provide support and companionship, and share great moments and memories. This role offers a chance to bring dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. The work is varied and rewarding. You may be supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one-to-one time.
