We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team of like-minded tech people based in either our Manchester or Stockton‑on‑Tees office.
Base pay range
We offer a base salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per annum depending on skills and knowledge, plus commission.
Responsibilities
* Operate as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
* Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with the Account Management Procedure.
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
* Liaise with technical teams to design and develop tailored IT solutions that meet the client’s needs.
* Provide feedback to technical teams based on client requirements, aiding in the continuous improvement of our solutions.
Qualifications
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Adaptable and proactive approach to evolving client needs.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
* Must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
* Must be able to deal with technical product information.
* Excellent proven IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner or Managed Service Provider.
* Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels.
* Well versed in managing a busy workload and adhering to deadlines.
* Excellent conversational fluency in English to clearly explain complex technical issues.
